CLASS IS IN SESSION!
PERFECT 10 COMEDY GOES BACK 2 SCHOOL
Dean for The Scene
Daniel Woodrow (Video on Trial, Sirius XM) is a Toronto favorite. Makes sense. Have you met him? He’s a nice guy. Humble, even. Have you seen him on stage? More importantly, he’s incredibly funny. The guy also knows how to put together some of the best lineups in the city. Comedy-wise, but what else are we talkin’ about? Music is for the rest of this rag!
This month Woodrow’s Perfect 10 Comedy showcase is keeping kids after school at The LOT Comedy Club, with a lineup so sick, you’ll be calling in… sick – wait, that doesn’t really work. Ah, f*ck it. The public school system has failed me!
Joining D.W onstage we have der komiker wunderkind Rhiannon Archer (NXNE, Dark Comedy Festival) Canada’s darling Amanda Brooke-Perrin (Match Game, No Kidding!) the snappy witted & sharply dressed Craig Fay (Absolute Comedy, CBC Radio)
And at the head of the class, Mr. Bob Kerr (This Hour Has 22 Minutes)
It all happens THIS SATURDAY! Sept 21st
@The LOT Comedy Club (100 Ossington, just north of Queen W.)
And best of all, it won’t cost you all of your lunch money! Just $20 ($15 for students, with valid student I.D)
